​Interval training is a fantastic way to get into shape, stay in shape and maintain a fit, healthy mind and body.
Did you know that by combining cardio based drills and body weight exercises your body will burn more calories?
You can get your cardio and your strength training all in one 45-60 minute session! BONUS!

I enjoy incorporating Lebert Equalizers, Buddy systems, ladders, kettle bells , resistance bands, medicine balls, Bosu, TRX, spin bikes and playground equipment into my ever-changing workouts. I absolutely LOVE body weight exercises like push-ups, squats, sprints, lunges, planks etc. TABATAS-HITT-PYRAMIDS-LADDER I love💜!
