Push-ups...man do I love push-ups. Not only are the great for your upper body they are fantastic for your core! I love lunges!! They make my legs and glutes feel strong. Although I may be away from my normal fitness routine I still plan to do my push-ups, lunges and core work while vacationing. I plan to stay active by swimming, walking, running, playing outdoor games with my children and probably dancing with great friends!
You don't need to be sedantary on your holidays...get outside, get active, enjoy your healthy body and keep it healty. BE ACTIVE~STAY HEALTHY~ENJOY LIFE!
