With nice weather on the way, what better way to spring into shape than to take your fitness routines outside.
Try SPRING cleaning your old fitness routine, out with the stale, same'ol routine and in with a new, exciting fitness routine.
Lace up those sneakers, grab the baby and stroller, dog and leash, husband and complaining and head outside for a fast paced, heart pumping walk. Add some walking lunges throughout your walk to lift those glutes and strenghten your legs.
I love when the weather is behaving and the ground has dried up so I can shake, squat and roll outside. The air is not stale, the room is spacious and the possiblities are endless. There are hills to run, sand to tackle, swings to torture and monkey bars for laughs and lovely lats.
I am excited to incorporate new equipment to our outdoor workouts and I look forward to playing in nature's playground come the first of May!!
Squat down and look for the spring flowers, if they are not there, do it again and again until you do 50...why not? what do you have to loose? A wee bit of the winter blahs.
