Partner work was a big part of the workout and the couples didn't mind getting close to their loved ones...lots of laughs. Resisted partner running, lunges and chest and back exercises....games that incorporated high fives and low fives....a blast and everyone benefited. The workout felt like child's play and it was great to see your partner participate in something "YOU" love to do.
Get out there and do something with your loved one...walk, run, dance, hike or BOOT CAMP. BE ACTIVE~STAY HEALTHY~ENJOY LIFE!
