Staying active keeps me sane. It keeps me healthy. It keeps my ass from getting fat...with an "F" not a "PH"
Take 30, 20 or just 10 minutes of your day and do something active. Take the stairs, park farther away, crank your stereo and dance, play outside with your children, walk your dog, cat if you have one. Do something to "better" your body...just don't take up blogging...lol

Play this game with your kids....space yourself 20-40 feet away from one another, run to the middle and jump up and do 10 high "tens", switch sides(run to the other person's side and they run to your side), run in again and do 9 high "tens" Do this until you get down to "1" and jump up and do a high"five" FUN, Fun, fun!
